- Office
visits are by appointment, but walk-ins are accepted but discouraged
due to waiting time. Emergencies will be seen immediately
at any time.
- A computerized
estimate is given on all hospitalized pets - no surprises
- and updates daily.
- Estimates
given over the phone can be misleading, these are best given
by the Doctor in the exam room before the procedure.
- All
pets records are kept on computer with reminders being sent
out on a timely basis.
- All
pet owners whose pets have been sick and treated at the hospital
are called for a progress report at an appropriate time afterwards
and advised regarding ongoing care.
- We
carry the complete range of Hill's Prescription Diet foods for
dogs and cats.
We
accept cash, major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard,
Visa and Discover. We accept checks only from clients with established
credit at the hospital, with payment due when services are rendered.
A deposit of 50% is requested on all hospitalized animals.
